- * $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance will be collected before check-in is permitted.
- * Once booked a $300 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
- * Once booked, the full deposit of $500 will NOT be refunded if less than 30 days' notice is given.
- * NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY UNITS (Pet and Smoking policy).
- * Maximum occupancy allowed per unit is strictly enforced.
- * The Commodore Beach Club has a 3-night minimum stay.
